FALL 2000

The cocoon from the sky brings forth Baby Impus now grown into OLYMPIUS. He captures all the Rangers in battle, except for Carter the Red Ranger. Olympius tries to sneak into the Aquabase and uses a clever trick to do so transforming himself into Chad, Kelsey, Dana, and Joel he had captured. Plans seem to be going fine until Carter discovers the doors to the aquabase were being opened to let the demons in. Carter throws Olympius into the pool in the base and escapes with him to the ocean side. The demons unleash the THUNDERCLAW monster but with the Lightspeed Solarzord they get rid of him.

The Rangers are given a day off duty as Rangers but the demons won't stay quiet as they unleash the SHOCKATRON monster who begins causing fierce attacks on Mariner Bay's power plants. Inside one of the plants is a group of children on a field trip. The plant is totally on fire, but Captain Mitchell and Carter cut there training together short and come to the rescue. Captain Mitchell heroically saves a little girl who is left behind while getting her stuffed bear in the fire. Shockatron grows and the Rangers use the Lightspeed and Supertrain Megazords to destroy the monster. Carter immediately comes to the discovery that Captain Mitchell was the one who saved him from the burning building when he was a child.

"THE QUEEN'S RETURN" (9/2/2000) |
With now the planets aligned the demons come up with the plan to bring back Queen Bansheera by using the SPELLMINDER monster to begin a ceremony where a dark cloud covers the city. The Rangers are called to duty and Ryan figures out what the demons are up to and explains everything to the team. Energy bolts are given off from the dark cloud causing chaos to the city where the Rangers perform there rescue mission. Ryan discovers the place the demons are performing the ceremony but is caught while sneaking around. The other Rangers come to the Rescue and a battle undergoes. Ryan morphs and with Carters help takes out Spellminder. He revives himself. With the Lightspeed Megazord and Lightspeed Solarzord they can't seem to get rid of him. Ryan destroys the energy source forcing the tidal wave and Queen Bansheera to disappear. Queen Bansheera appears to the demons not completely formed and vows to destroy the Rangers and get her palace back. Ryan leaves the team to find a way to stop the demons.

"THE OMEGA PROJECT" (9/9/2000) |
Hanging out with his little buddy SIMON, Joel is shown to a lot of impressive things he has invented. Meanwhile Olympius comes up with another plan to destroy the Rangers and Mariner Bay. That is sending an asteroid. Simon discovers through his telescope that there's an asteroid heading towards Mariner Bay. Ms. Fairweather and Lightspeed become aware of this and send the Omega Zords to do the job. The Rangers plant 2 explosives with the OMEGA CRAWLER but become trapped afterwards getting caught in the asteroid's explosion. The OMEGA MEGAZORD is formed. The Rangers make it out safely.

"THE 5TH CRYSTAL" (9/16/2000) |
A hunt for crystals undergoes by Vypra and the demons. Kelsey is given the assignment to bring back the 5th and last crystal from the hands of her grandmother. She acts very coldly with Kelsey but ends up giving it to her but Kelsey ends up loosing it to the demons causing the grandmother to become very upset and throw Kelsey out of her life. Kelsey tries everyway to get the crystal back sad about what her grandmother did. Grandma comes back just in time in blades to help Kelsey from the batlings. Kelsey joins the Rangers to finally destroy the monster with the VLancers.

"THE CHOSEN PATH" (9/23/2000) |
The demons create there next monster CYCLOPSTER meanwhile Chad and the other Rangers undergo training exercises. Chad's karate master appears to just put down his decision of becoming the blue ranger instead of following in his footsteps. To try to get Chad's attention he gives training to cyclopster to only make him stronger than what he is thinking he will be thankful only to be pushed away. Chad approaches his master who tests if he still remembers his training and proves he does and has just enough power to bring cyclopster down. The Rangers call upon the Omega Megazord when cyclopster is made grown by Jinxer. The Rangers destroy him. At the base Chad is so content to see that his master accepts him for working at Lightspeed and being the Blue Power Ranger.

"YESTERDAY AGAIN" (9/30/2000) |
Carter experiences wierd side effects with the new MOBILE ARMOR VEHICLE. With training by Joel still things go wrong. The Rangers in battle loosing badly causes Carter to leave his Lightspeed jacket behind causing him to go back in time while flying the armor vehicle realizing he's living a day he's already lived. He figures out it was the leaving behind of his jacket that caused that. He fixes the engine problem he couldn't fix before and arrives just in time to help the Rangers before getting blasted by Olympius again with the Rescue Bird. With the resurrected monster the Rangers dispose of him quickly with the Omega Megazord.

"AS TIME RUNS OUT" (10/7/2000) |
Olympius tricks Loki and Vypra meanwhile with a flower monster on the loose wrapping poisonous spores around the Rangers morphers. At 12 o clock they would open and release they poison to all of Mariner Bay. Every test possible is taken at Lightspeed even a most possible one but the antidote is destroyed by the monster. Carter comes up with the idea to leave Earth into Space with the Max Solarzord. A very dangerous mission of course almost loosing Kelsey. The Rangers arrive back on Earth to battle the monster and Batlings and with the grown monster they use the Omega Megazord to dispose of him. Meanwhile Loki and Vypra escape by returning to the site of the tomb from which they came from releasing Diabolico once again! Ryan becomes aware of this.

"IN THE FREEZE ZONE" (10/21/2000) |
Chad tests out the new THERMO BLASTERS out in an open simulation where him and the Rangers get a distress signal from Ryan saying that somebody will be after them. The signal is cut off and FREEZER and Olympius arrive to the scene to give the Rangers trouble. Freezer freezing Ms. F. All the Rangers except Carter get captured into Freezers freezing belly. Diabolico arrives to the scene of the fight where he begins trouble with his son Olympius. Queen Bansheera accepts him back. With the help of Carter and the Thermo Blaster he frees the other Rangers but freezes himself while doing so. They unfreeze him with the Battle Booster and destroy Freezer with the Thermo Blasters. He is revived by Jinxer. The Rangers seem hopeless with the Lightspeed Solarzord and with the Omega Megazord destroy him. Diabolico threatens he will get his Star Power back from Olympius. The Rangers meet with Ms. F who was frozen by Freezer who is recuperating well. Dana is terribly beginning to miss her brother Ryan.

"THE MIGHTY MEGA BATTLES" (10/27/2000) |
Olympius and his latest monster INFINITOR give problems to our heroes but thanks to Joel's crazy move they retreated. Ms. F decides to allow a visitor to the Aquabase and when Joel sees the way CLARK and Ms. F are getting a long he becomes jealous and pretends to be a scientist only to knock the aquabase's power off. While Ms. F and Clark are in a car Chad and Joel pull a stunt only to be interrupted by Infinitor. Joel saves Clark from an exploding car and when in danger Chad and Joel activate 861 on there battle boosters transforming into MEGA BATTLES. They bring Infinitor down but is revived by Jinxer but with the Omega Megazord the Rangers dispose of him. At the aquabase Joel is then notified that Clark was her brother and not her boyfriend with that relieved Ms. F pays him alittle kiss on the cheek!

"THE GREAT EGG CAPER" (11/3/2000) |
Olympius trusts a mysterious egg in the hands of Jinxer. Meanwhile Kelsey spots a thief stealing apples and rushes to catch him but can't. The thief spots where Jinxer is hiding the egg and is caught and attacked by batlings only to receive help from Kelsey and the other Rangers. The Rangers figure out what the whole chase from a cuckoo monster was for and figure they have to find that thief and the egg. Many encounters with him and still nothing. In one the Rangers had to disguise themselves and so were the batlings. When the thief takes the money the batlings bring he takes it away, is caught by them, but is rescued by Kelsey. He then realizes he's just a thief and arrives to the scene where the Rangers are in battle to help the Rangers destroy the egg. The monster is destroyed with the Rescue bird but is revived by Jinxer. With the Supertrain Megazord the Rangers destroy him. Kelsey becomes friends with the so called "thief" she realizes him to be a very nice man.

"OCEAN BLUE" (11/4/2000) |
Vypra releases a mermaid into the bay where the Aquabase is located. Chad becomes love struck when seeing her going unconcious when on a mission to control rocks collapsing under the bay. The Rangers quickly grab him when he approaches the base this way. He is given treatment and when in a room he sees the thing he had saw realizing it to be a mermaid out the window. He goes out to see if he can find her and when he does they meet revealing the mermaid to be MARINA. Marina doesn't realize all this to get Chad is just a trick so Vypra can capture him. When Marina gives Chad a jewel wrapping chains around him. Marina tries to help only to get tied up by Batlings. Chad releases himself with the Battle Booster and frees Marina. He morphs and meets up with the other Rangers arrive. They fire with the VLancers, badly beating Vypra and Loki. Chad crushed that Marina won't accept him being that she's different. He realizes he may have found the right girl!

"TRAKEENA'S REVENGE, PART 1" (11/6/2000) |
TRAKEENA is out on the loose with a new army forcing LEO to pull his QUASAR SABER out of the stone which it was put back into. Trakeena resides in the 13th floor of a business building stealing the mother and father of poor little girl HEATHER. Trakeena becomes aware that she knows about there hideout and sends out to get her. Heather meets Carter and tells him what's going on which he believes and they follow this mysterious man. Chad, Kelsey, Dana, and Joel come across Leo and are attacked by GHOULS meanwhile Carter and Heather are also attacked and helped by KAI and MAYA who mysteriously come. At the aquabase the Galaxy Rangers tell of Trakeena's plan and with Heather on the side they leave to find Triskull and a bunch of ghouls. They morph and finds themself in trouble!

"TRAKEENA'S REVENGE, PART 2" (11/7/2000) |
With the Rangers down Carter comes up with a plan requiring HEATHER to pull the fire alarm in the building so that the Rangers can evacuate everybody inside. Carter and Leo defeat TRISKULL and get help from KENDRIX and DAMON while coming across Trakeena. The 10 Rangers quickly join forces and morph when the demons come to give trouble as well. With this Olympius allows Trakeena to mutate to a even powerful uglier creature by throwing a poisonous dagger to interfere with her "green" mutation. The Lightspeed Rangers quickly use the Omega Megazord and Max Solarzord. The GALACTABEASTS appear out of nowhere and so forming the GALAXY MEGAZORD. When all seems hopeless the Rangers finally bring Trakeena to an end with the power up mode of the LIGHTS OF ORION to the Omega Megazord.

"THE LAST RANGER" (11/8/2000) |
A monster out on the loose gives Carter, Chad, Joel, and Kelsey amnesia, loosing there memories as Rangers. Dana goes and battles the monster herself holding him off long enough for Ms. Fairweather and the Lightspeed staff to restore the Rangers' memories. When the Ranger finally regain there memories they meet Dana at the battle. They destroy the demon with the Thermo Blasters and when the monster is revived, with the Lightspeed Solarzord the Rangers put and end to him. Joel does the wrong thing pretending he's still not out of amnesia upsetting Ms. Fairweather ready to ask him out on a date!

"THE SORCERER OF SAND" (11/9/2000) |
A new monster is released this time to transport the Rangers into the monster underworld, where they face invincible monsters they have fought before and destroyed. With Ryan on the loose to find the SORCERER OF THE SANDS. He finally does find him having the hopes of discoverying a way to trap the demons back in the tomb they came out of. With his help, Ryan helps the Rangers escape the monster underworld. Olympius is left trapped in the underworld by Diabolico who ends up killing the sorcerer in a battle of spells they were each enchanting to eachother.

"OLYMPIUS UNBOUND" (11/10/2000) |
Jinxer hypnotizes Captain Mitchell, when he and Dana are at the carnival spending time together, into providing Olympius with enough energy from the aquabases' main power source, to destroy the Rangers when he finally escapes the demons underworld. When Ms. Fairweather and some Lightspeed crew interrupt the power source being guarded by the Captain, the star power is destroyed, allowing the Rangers to defeat Olympius and leave him badly wounded. Jinxer comes to his aide keeping his surviving a secret.

"NEPTUNE'S DAUGHTER" (11/11/2000) |
NEPTUNE, Marina's father explains to Marina how he is soon to pass away and so she will take his place as ruler of the underwater kingdom. A new monster is sent to take Neptune's trident away. Marina rushes out of the ocean to ask for Chad's help. The water demon uses the trident to drain the water from Mariner Bay. Chad dives into the lake and gets the trident, as well as Marina, who had been captured by Vypra and with the other Rangers' help the revived demon is destroyed. They bring Marina back to the base where she awakes and is taken back by Neptune.

"WEB WAR" (11/13/2000) |
Carter begins testing the simulation of the TRANS ARMOR CYCLE and finds the systems to be failing for him. Ms. Fairweather immediately takes action and begins repairing the simulation. A spider monster named ARACHNOR is sent to capture four Rangers and enters the Aquabase with Carter and captures the entire Lightspeed staff. Ms. Fairweather gives Carter the pass key before taken to be able to use the experimental Trans Armor Cycle. He destroys the Vyprari and defeats Arachnor in Armor Mode!

"IN THE LIMELIGHT" (11/14/2000) |
GLITZ girls magazine is on the search for a new model and with photos from a news scene eyes are set on Dana. Dana accepts this ladies modeling job offer knowing she'll get enough money to pay her medical school expenses. This jeopardizes her performance as a Ranger and friendship with Kelsey. When recieving a distress call while modeling she makes a difficult decision by quitting the modeling to help her friends defeat Vypra's TREEVIL monster with the VLancers.

"THE WRATH OF THE QUEEN" (11/15/2000) |
Queen Bansheera takes the life energy of Vypra to complete her transformation and becomes uglier and more powerful. Loki gives Diabolico a jewel as friendship symbol between the two. Loki is sent to lure the Rangers so they all can be transported to the Skull Cavern where they are given terrible trouble meanwhile Carter bumps into Olympius. Carter then transports himself to the cavern from the vortex at the Mariner stadium. He faces the Queen himself and by following Diabolico's advice he shoots Bansheera's heart and destroys the cavern. She becomes big and with the Lightspeed Megazord is scared away.

"RISE OF THE SUPER DEMONS" (11/16/2000) |
The Rangers experiment with giving Life energy to power a new megazord. Meanwhile Diabolico and Olympius fight against each other. Olympius wins and returns to the Skull Cavern so Queen Bansheera can steal his life energy. Olympius arrives to give trouble to Mariner Bay citizens and with Diabolico they give trouble to the Rangers. Carter makes Diabolico realize the Queen is just using him and turns good only to be destroyed and both Olympius and Diabolico revived and given incredible powers to damage megazords. The Rangers destroy Olympius and Diabolico with the experimental LIFE FORCE megazord. Jinxer reveals to have a great plan to finally dispose the Rangers once and for all. Invade the Aquabase with Batlings!

"THE FATE OF LIGHTSPEED, PART 1" (11/17/2000) |
Ryan uncovers the key needed to defeat Queen Bansheera once and for all. He's caught by the Queen who takes him prisoner. Carter is sent to rescue him. Jinxer unleashes the Batlings to begin there attack at the aquabase. With the Batlings in control of the Life Force Megazord they begin a fierce attack on the base forcing evacuation. The 4 Rangers, Ms. Fairweather, and the Captain are left trapped in the Lightspeed Rescue Operations Lab with there way out destroyed. Carter makes it in time to free Ryan only to get themselves trapped and captured. The Rangers are left hopeless in the base as the Life Force Megazord continues to attack the base. It seems water is leaking through the glass! TO BE CONTINUED.........

"THE FATE OF LIGHTSPEED, PART 2" (11/18/2000) |
The final ceremony is being prepared meanwhile the Rangers find there way out through the maintenance shaft to the Submarine Bay. They are caught by Batlings and left trapped. They escape by letting water in the base destroying the Life Force Megazord with the torpedoes. Carter and Ryan arrive with the Mobile Armor Vehicle. On self-destruct mode they destroy the Omega Megazord but it seems the final stone for the ceremony was put right in place before the explosion. The Rangers all morph and make there way to the Cavern. Carter bravely in a fight alone with the Queen almost falls into the tomb but is rescued by Diabolico. With the key the Rangers close the tomb disposing of the demons once and for all. The Rangers each plan on returning to their normal lives. Joel and Ms. Fairweather plan a date but all is interrupted when another fire rescue is at hand and each Ranger, proving they will never forget there duties as Rangers, run to the rescue! THE END
